If a squad member dies, you have 5 min bleedout time which means you can revive him in those 5 minutes.
What do I need for this? Just a defibrillator in your inventory, so you just go to the wounded and scroll with the mouse wheel until it gets the display "Revive".
Tipp:
If you are revive under fire, which will be the case in 90% because you are a Combat Medic and not on vacation, then press Y and S at the same time and you can revive while lying down.
