The Combat Medic are various vehicles available which are intended for his use!

UH 1D MEDEVAC (+ 100% healing possible on the vehicle)

M113 Ambulanz (+ 100% healing possible on the vehicle)

MH 13 (+ 100% healing possible on the vehicle)

How does the healing work on the vehicles? Go to the vehicle, scroll the mouse wheel till you see "Heal on ...."

Just press the mouse wheel and you're done.
